I would never rent from a place that isnt open during pickup and Dropoff. The UHAUL app is confusing, pictures wouldn't upload. Had to contact during pickup and dropoff

EUGENE SIt was difficult to figure out where to drop off the keys. The key box is at an office across the street, but I had to search to find a small sign with instructions (with no U-Haul logo). I was about to leave with the key.
