CARMELINO JOnce again the app wouldn't work as it should, and after entering the trailer location, it kept looping back to the start. I ended up having to call in to complete the drop-off and worked with a VERY patient and professional lady named Ashlei Noles, and it took about 45 minutes since it was a bad cell area and I had to go to a McDonald's for wifi to upload the required pictures. She was the best.
