Truck was never dispatched to me until drop off but they gave me the keys anyways. Was told a certain rate for the truck and ended up having to pay double. Will never use U-haul again.

RONALD ATrailer door would not close and jammed. First time I tried to close door it jammed partway closed and I could not move it. Had new furniture we were picking up on the trailer, I hooked it, went and bought some rope to secure the furniture from falling out and drove it home with door 2/3 way open.
