Not this location's fault, but I was originally supposed to pick up this trailer in Inver Grove Heights. Having to drive an additional 35 minutes each way to pick up a trailer was a bit annoying.

Location was great, very easy and friendly help. I don't have any complaint with the location at all - I do have a complaint with U-Haul, my reservation was NOT honored and the day before I was messaged that I would need to drive almost an hour away from the location I had reserved to pick up a truck - This cost me almost 2 hours of drive time for myself and another person down and back, not to mention the extra gas in my personal vehicle and then one way in the rental truck. What is the point of a reservation if you don't have a vehicle for me? Where is my compensation for my time? I had a very busy day all planned out and had to scramble to carve out 2 extra hours just to pick up the truck - this is unacceptable. I wasn't even given any extra miles to account for the new distance. This location spotted that issue and helped fortunately for me and again Ripley's was great to work with and I do not want any of this to reflect on that location. This is a Uhaul problem that needs to be addressed.
