We rented a tow dolly in Red Wing MN. When we stopped in Coralville, IA for Thanksgiving we noticed we did not have a working right taillight on the dolly. We took it to the Coralville U-Haul location and received excellent service from the male counter person. He fixed the taillight issue after diagnosing the problem quickly. He then noticed our straps were a bit frayed so he replaced the straps as well to ensure our trip would be without an issue. He did all this when it was about 15 degrees and howling wind weather without any complaints. I really appreciated all the attention he gave us to get us back on our way in a very short time. Thank you very much. I feel bad I did not get the young man's name but he was the only male working on the day after Thanksgiving.
