Employee was making sarcastic comments about me because their location was not on the papers I had. I was supposed to call a number which made no sense. After arguing with them, they finally accepted drop off. I'm really disatisfied with the whole experience. I live in Red Wing and going to another state for drop off made no sense when Ripleys was only a mile from my house.
