They were horrible. I had to drive 2 hours away to get a truck. Then back 2 hours. Went to RWC location to get trailer. It had a broken light. So I had to delay my trip again. They were rude and not helpful. This whole experience was a nightmare and I will spend the rest of my life telling people how horrible your company is.
Celeste YAttendant had problems connecting to the system and the tablet got dropped several times forcing annoying repetitive transfer of information until it finally went through. . Improve the system connectivity please.
