We did our rental online to be pucked up at our original location, our order was not available there and we were sent to this location. Requested an 8am pick up, this location did not open until 11am. Our whole rental order was not available, we requested/paid for a loading dolly, they did not have one available. The U-haul rep was not in when we went for pick up so the front desk at the sandwich shop we were sent to pick up our rental had to help with something they were not familiar with. {Third party pick up facility} Truck cab and box was dirty, not swept out from previous user. Trailer right turn blinker and break light were not working. A bit unnerving driving to a new state without properly working brake lights and turn signals
