Online Truck return procedure was horrible. Website extremely slow. Failed numerous times and I had to start over. It took me at least an hour if not more. I had to at one point let the person that followed me there take me home then I went back and completed the return. I do not recommend using website to return a vehicle.

Large lot to drop off the trailer I rented. No issues
ALLEN PCharged me for 2 gallons of gas….even tho i returned it same amount of gas that was in it when i rented it out……..very unnecessary and want my card credited for the amount to be returned
