Very disappointing experience at this U-Haul location. The older gentleman working there was extremely unprofessional and visibly annoyed from the moment we arrived. He kept huffing and sighing while we asked normal questions, and even told us we “might as well not rent” because “U-Haul doesn’t make any money anyway.” It was uncomfortable and completely unnecessary. Instead of helping, he discouraged us from renting and made the process stressful. Definitely not the level of customer service expected from U-Haul.

Marc JWhen I got to the truck I noticed the right front window opened and under a tree when I opened the left door I noticed alot of ashes from cigarettes and tree debris and spiders in the truck I turned on the truck to warm it up and turned the ac on and I got a real bad smell of weed coming threw the vents
JOSE CWas Charged 200$ for dropping off the truck at an actual uhaul facility located only a few miles away from where it was picked up; in the same town. Never using uhaul again what a joke!
