This was very easy using the mobile app. The location was great as were able to gas up right there. It was very convenient.
Elizabeth ADidn’t realize it was an online only store. Wasn’t a huge problem, but would have been better than showing up and having to do on my phone.
STEVEN MThe lady that helped us with the check in process was great. This was around 1pm. The drop off process was extremely frustrating (around 5pm) and the two gentlemen working the register had NO idea how to help us. One walked away immediately and left the older one there, who began cussing at the computer pretending like the machine was broken. Neither of them knew how to do the drop off process. It was very frustrating and very embarrassing. I will not be using this location again.
KEATON ZMake sure there is stock at the location. The moving blankets we ordered and pre paid for were not there and when we went to another location to pick them up they only gave us 7 of the 10 we had ordered.
