Items were missing from my rental, there were no furniture pads at the site and they weren’t sure about dollys. The app also crashed out and was difficult to add pictures to in order to pick up my rental.

Jacob WThe App to check out the truck is very frustrating. Takes too long to get your code to get the key box open. App didn’t allow me to take pics of the truck while picking up the truck.
Brent TI reserved my truck for pick up at 10:00 but was not able to get the keys until 2:30 due to server issues and lengthy wait time to speak to an agent. Very frustrating, specially on moving day.
Diego CI should not be charged for the extra miles, because the original drop off location (EZ PZ) was not able to take truck. And I was told that I had to take another location. And if you do that to everyone, that's not fair.
