This location is at a Sunoco gas station. While the employee there was helpful in going through the process with the U-Haul app, the inside driver's area of the cabin had not been cleaned out and someone left behind papers and tissues in the driver's door pockets, and left barbecue tongs and an apple in the passenger door pocket. Also, the employee informed me that I would not be able to park my car at the location where I rented the truck for 8 hrs because 'the boss gets mad' and I would have to pay $10 to them for parking or put my car somewhere else, otherwise it would get towed. That's some BS right there! This was a huge fail on their part. I had to park the car at a shopping center parking lot which was a 1/4 mile away, and then walk back to get the truck, and do the reverse when I dropped off the truck. I am disabled, and walk with a cane, so this was a big problem for me, especially during summer with the 96 degree F heat on this day. The up-charge for parking seems predatory, and I refused to pay it, and instead, after I returned the truck and walked back to my car, I went inside to patronize the business that let me park in their lot, which I confirmed before actually leaving my car their. I returned their kindness, instead of rewarding the U-Haul location, and would strongly consider a different location if/when I need to rent a U-Haul in the future.

The man at the counter of the pickup location tried to convince me the truck I reserved a week in advance wasn't available at the location. He did 0 to try and resolve the matter, telling me I needed to call uhaul customer service which had an hour wait. I got my ride an hour late because this location was complexly useless in assisting me.
Matthew BAbsurdly inconvenient that the uHaul app makes it seem as if this location is one where you can check in with a person when it's expressly a self check-in place. Showed up with 2 other customers experiencing the same issue. I don't at all blame anything on this location; instead I purely blame uHaul's inability to competently alert their customers to situations with any sufficient notice.
Connor GThe first gentlemen was nice however there is no counter service I was required to download and use the app even though service was not great. Upon return the worker at the gas station closed the store 5 mins early. When I told him I was unable to complete the return he said sorry call the number this store is closed. I called customer service and was told the wait for someone to answer the phone was approximately 1 hour. After reloading the app and having to take multiple pictures in the dark the app finally let me return the vehicle.
