I've rented here 2 times and plan for a third.The agent is very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. he has helped me with several questions I had. the bill was always accurate.
MaryAnne PThere is never a person there even during the day during normal business hours. It makes for a quick drop off but if I had issues it would be a problem. Kind of left to your own devices. I would not pick up from this location for that reason. If there is a problem with your equipment, there is no one to talk to.
