Customer Reviews

easy pick up, good service

I started my reservation online and rented a 20 foot truck and an appliance dolly. I was told the initial place where I was going to go pick it up did not have a 20 foot truck so then I was rerouted to a different location. When I went to pick up the truck they did not have the appliance dolly therefore I had to go to another U-Haul location to rent the appliance dolly separately. All in all it worked out it just cost me more time to fix it .
