Check out was very simple and check in was easily accessible. The trailer I rented, though it still had some asphalt from the previous renter. It didn’t affect what I needed the trailer for and the price was right for my needs.

JAVAD HTried the mobile app for mobile pickup, complete waste of time. Did the checkin online and again on the app (and it failed), and had to do it in the store...which is fine, but why have an app that doesn't work.
