The staff at the location were very friendly but basically clueless about the equipment (Auto Transport Trailer) The trailer was COVERED in dried sand and dirt making the tie down strap mechanism un-useable. The location did not have a hose to wash this off so I spent my time and water to clean YOUR trailer that I just paid money to use. Also it would be helpful to advise customers that they will need a trailer light extending cable, luckily I keep one in my truck. Trailer worked, staff were nice and location convenient. Could have been better.
