Attitude of staff, perhaps even the owner. Not very customer friendly in my opinion. Location is real reason I rent from this location. Note, I've had at least 6 truck rentals over time. Also, office is in real need of a cleanup - more like a shed.
STEVEN GThey were closed when I arrived at 3:30 pm to drop off the trailer, but I called Storage Choice in Long Beach and told them I was dropping the trailer and had taken photos of it. Storage Choice in Long Beach MS is always helpful.
HOWARD BThe facility was closed - I followed the directions on the app and 800 # - and she stayed on the phone with me while I finished the return on my app! The 800 # personnel was amazing I was thankful for her!
