My only issue was when we got to the place to pick up the truck I was notified it did not have a ramp and it was the only truck they had. I was extremely irritated as i had reserved it a week in advance online and no where online did it say the truck had no ramp. Had I known this I would have rented elsewhere as it made it quite difficult to move that day with no ramp. It should be absolutely stated online when you reserve if the truck has a ramp or not so you are aware.
