I will never use uhaul again. I will go out of my way to avoid uhaul. The vehicle was rented to me with damage to the top of the truck. I didn't know about the damage until I got home to load up and opened the door. There were two small holes in the truck roof. They knew about it, but stuck me with it. She didn't do a walk around with me. She hurried me out the door. Being 32 degrees I was in a hurry. When I turned the truck back in they said it was "new damage". The employee INTIMIDATED ME WITH LAWSUITS IF I DIDNT PAY FOR IT. I DIDNT DO IT!!!!! THE DAMAGE WAS ALREADY THERE!. FUCK UHAUL. FUCK YOUR COMPANY. FUCK YOUR GHETTO TRUCKS. FUCK YOUR DISHONEST EMPLOYEES.
