I have rented many uhaul equipment but I will say this unit was by far the worst
MARK SFYI, the driver side mirror was very loose and moved around with every bump in the road. I did tighten it, but it should be double checked by maintenance.
DOUGLAS BYou can quit moving the location that is reserved from. Seems to be a mileage scam to get more mileage $$ for no reason. My reservation got moved 10+ miles away. Called location I wanted- had truck I needed on day I needed it. Could not get an answer why it was moved. We moved it back to correct location. Great job Winter's storage. Would think twice about using a company that is trying to scam customers into paying extra.
GEORGE LOnly having the truck for 48 hours, it would have been nice to have a full tank of gas. Getting gas twice wasted time.
