Staff was very friendly and did a great job with the check out and check in processes. Truck did the job fine, had a smell to it in the cab. maybe some air fresheners would help.

WILLIAM HI placed my reservation for a 15 foot truck in late June for a August rental. It was made at a uhaul location approximately 3 miles from my home. They are one of 4-5 uhaul locations within 3-7 miles from my home. On the day of my pickup, I was informed that I could pick up my rental truck in Rochelle, a town 30 miles from my home. There is a serious problem with your business model
