I placed my reservation for a 15 foot truck in late June for a August rental. It was made at a uhaul location approximately 3 miles from my home. They are one of 4-5 uhaul locations within 3-7 miles from my home. On the day of my pickup, I was informed that I could pick up my rental truck in Rochelle, a town 30 miles from my home. There is a serious problem with your business model

CORTEZ WI was required to unhook the trailer myself and located it by hand in the required location. Being elderly it was challenging.
DARREL SOur U Haul broke down for 5 hours before they could get it fixed. Very frustrating day!!
