Returned trailer on 3-30 instead of 3-31. Sign on the door said be right back, or call 585-298-3812. I left messages with no response. I didn't realize what I had to do to return the trailer, so I unhooked and left. I finally had to contact corporate on 4-1 to get a response to finalize the order.
