I called in to tell them that AC was broken in a 90° weather in New York City. I thought I’ll get some reimbursement, I didn’t. My question is, how can you rent a truck that’s meant for moving, without AC? I understand they gave me the option when I called in, to wait there and get it fixed. I came all the way from Rock Hill to New York City to move, not to wait for someone to come fix my AC when I paid $300.
