Very friendly people, very helpful and the process very easy. That’s my go to place. This my 3rd time using them.
TODD HI called in to tell them that AC was broken in a 90° weather in New York City. I thought I’ll get some reimbursement, I didn’t. My question is, how can you rent a truck that’s meant for moving, without AC? I understand they gave me the option when I called in, to wait there and get it fixed. I came all the way from Rock Hill to New York City to move, not to wait for someone to come fix my AC when I paid $300.
