The only complaint I have about the location was that the trucks were backed up into very tall grass and woods and on a wet day that meant getting pretty wet and muddy just to take pictures of the truck

The staff were excellent and the process was smooth.
CHRISTOPHER SCommunication pertaining to the reservation was TERRIBLE...... I wanted to pick it up in Middletown, NY, that wasn't a problem until the day before where that got changed to another location. I wanted to drop it off in Kingston NY, that was not a problem until the day of when I picked it up and said NO to Kingston, you need to drop it off in Port Ewen, NY. so I did. The next day I get a phone call from your Kingston NY office asking where his trailer was and explained the entire screw up with the reservation. The trailer was fine, the COMMUNICATION WAS THE WORST......
