Have trailer at original location. Had to drive 76 miles out of way to pick up after short notice trailer at original location was not going to be available.

Due to the remote location of this facility, using the 24/7 check in process didn’t work well at all. I had to stand in the middle of the parking lot, in 10 degrees for over 20 min to get the app to work, take photo ID pictures, etc. Process to over 40 min to complete, not good.

Richard JI was asked if I wanted to road side assistance insurance and it was $9.00 but wasn't told that was per day so for 8 days it ended up to be $72.00. I wouldn't have taken it.
