App did not work well. It kept sending me back to the same screens to fill out the same information I had already entered multiple times. I was not adequately informed beforehand that this was a mobile pick up location either and when I called customer service the first person I spoke to wasn't aware it was a mobile pick up location either. Truck cab was full of dog hair as well.

UHAUL was only had a quarter tank of gas.
Edward MThere is no indication that the place is a u-haul drop off. It’s a gas station with a key drop off. But you don’t know that unless you go behind the building. There should be a sign.
