BRENDA KWhen I picked up the u haul great service. When I dropped off u haul the lady was rude . I didn't back in the u haul because I figured they would have to inspect it and the lady was like you didn't back it in you can't see all the other trucks are backed in I told her I didn't realize I needed to do that she said I will just do it,and said you will get email for charges. Customer service was rude and unprofessional won't use this location again
CHRISTIE TA third seat would be nice but that's it it was a good experience and I'll definitely do it again
PRISCILLA MThis location was great and the woman running it was very professional, but it was not the location I booked for and was long way out of my way. This threw much of my plans into disarray.
