I was told I had 20 miles before I got charged for each mile. When I was charged on my card I was charged for 25 miles instead of the 5 miles I went over.
DARCI BThey were not there at 9am for me to pick up. They were late showing up. Than made racist comments in Spanish. The store smelled awful. Completely unprofessional. Windows were left down on trucks. It stormed the night before so the inside was soaking wet.
CHRISTIAN BThe truck smelled bad like smoke. It was disgusting. The front counter person wasn't very nice and she just handed me the key and basically told me to go find it. I had to try the key in a couple trucks before finding mine. When I got in, the seat level to more the seat forward was stuck. I went back in to the place to get help and they seemed like I was bothering them. It was not a pleasant experience for me.
Stacey GWe had to last minute drive 35 minutes farther to pick up truck from a different location than intended. It was an inconvenience and then they charged us for the extra milage (24 miles over) and we had to drive the truck back to our home 30 miles extra. I don't understand how we could have known to take into account extra miles ahead, when our pick up location changed the day before without our option. Not impressed.
