The self serve option went well. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is because I ordered an appliance dolly and instead I received a smaller dolly. This was a big problem because I had a 400lb bandsaw to move. Fortunately, I had a friend who could bring one. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the location opened to get the correct dolly. I was picking-up at 7am and had a whole crew at my house to help me move at 8am. If my buddy didn't have the appliance dolly, I would have had to wait until 9am to get the needed appliance dolly.
