The drop off was fast and very efficient. The 2 girls were so nice and friendly . Amanda the manager knew her business and made the drop off super fast and easy. The place is super clean and inviting along with easy getting the big 26 ft truck in very easily. I would highly recommend this place. They did a fantastic job. My trip with the truck was a complete success and so thankful for both locations taking great care of me. Thank you U-Haul for always being there .

TED WThe self serve option went well. The only reason I couldn't give five stars is because I ordered an appliance dolly and instead I received a smaller dolly. This was a big problem because I had a 400lb bandsaw to move. Fortunately, I had a friend who could bring one. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the location opened to get the correct dolly. I was picking-up at 7am and had a whole crew at my house to help me move at 8am. If my buddy didn't have the appliance dolly, I would have had to wait until 9am to get the needed appliance dolly.
