Awful experience! I rented a truck from this location. The two front tires were both bald and you could see exposed steel cords in places. I assumed they had been checked and cleared for driving. Apparently not. We were on the freeway going over 60 miles per hour when the tire on the passenger side blew out. We were lucky not to crash. I called U-haul roadside assistance at approximately 10:20 AM. The technician arrived to change the tire at approximately 1:20 PM - some 3 hours later. I was finally able to get back on the road around 2 PM. Despite the lack of appropriate inspection that allowed me to drive on worn tires, plus the equipment failure, U-haul would not reimburse my rental fee. All they did was extend my reservation for an additional day for free. I will never rent a truck from U-haul again!!!

Paul WBoth ladies were very very nice and the fact that I had to text a couple of times and she replied back was amazing to me. I def would use this location again if need be.
Shireda LI was not told about after hours return yhat could be done.via app. I cleaneed the truck, filled.gas and droppedmit.off and the key at drop box. Then got charged $20 for after hours processing. Dolly was also not secured and they tried to charge me for it despite me informing them after.i discovered it.
