How U-Haul Reviews WorkI didn't see any signs saying where to go inside to handle or conclude the transaction. I saw a lot with trucks and a box for the key. I didn't like this experience. I prefer dealing with humans when possible. Clean and inviting was only because the parking lot was relatively clean. I didn't meet any people. That is why it wasn't friendly. The app didn't instruct me to go inside to complete the transaction. To improve, have the app instruct people where to go inside and complete transactions if they want to do so with a human. Give people the option to do it all on their own. The building where i went did not have big Uhaul signs on the building.

Adam WThe fuel cap was broken. I wasn’t able to refuel the truck before returning it. Hence, when completing my return after dropping of and uploading the required picture of the dash and fuel gauge, U-Haul charged me for not refueling the truck to its original fuel volume before returning. This was not my fault. I should be reimbursed for the fuel cost. No customer should be is expected to check such small items as fuel caps. Next thing you’ll expect customers to check tire pressure, axes, bolts, etc. That’s why we purchase insurance at the time of pickup. It should be U-Haul’s responsibility to hand a truck to a customer that’s operational. In short, your staff was great, your equipment was substandard. U-Haul shouldn’t put customers in there vehicles that are not highway worthy!!
AAMER RThis was probably the cleanest Uhaul I've ever rented. Everything was is great condition, including the air pressure in the tires. My only complaints are directed at the Uhaul company and not this location: 1) the Uhaul app could be better. It was almost impossible to upload photos of the truck. The photo section was not user friendly. 2) I understand that Uhaul probably makes money off putting a dolly and the protective liners in the truck. However, for customers that are prepared (this is not my first rodeo), all that does is take up precious space. I would like for those to be an option to be put inside the truck, instead of taking up a sizable chunk of space.
