Both ladies were very very nice and the fact that I had to text a couple of times and she replied back was amazing to me. I def would use this location again if need be.
Shireda LI was not told about after hours return yhat could be done.via app. I cleaneed the truck, filled.gas and droppedmit.off and the key at drop box. Then got charged $20 for after hours processing. Dolly was also not secured and they tried to charge me for it despite me informing them after.i discovered it.

Stephen BCheckout and returning by phone is a pain in the butt. Also the dolly and the blankets did not have a green strap on them. I did not use either piece of equipment.
