Pick up location was a good experience. Truck was beyond broken in so many ways. Not even legal to drive on road, and a safety hazard in many ways. I will say the customer service I received was top tier, Ashley took my call late in the day was so sweet and calming and took all my concerns to heart. I was happy with the overall resolution of my inconvenience however I would have loved to be able to not have had that added stress to my already stressful moving day.
