Poor quality vehicle felt unsafe truck drove unsafe and I was overcharged will not return to this place or refer anyone. Hope that’s worth the extra $68 dollars you charged me.

I have never rented a U-Haul in my life. I did not know that I had to put gas in it when I was finished using it because after the rental I was still charged 1.19 per mile for the truck. The owner was rude to and a jerk to me when I said I didn’t know that I had to refuel the truck. I did not see it in the contract that I had to refuel the truck. He was a complete ass when I tried to explain to him that I did not know this. Also the truck we used was not the truck that was assigned to me because the truck I was supposed to get, the keys were missing. But he still was an ass to me when I returned the truck early and had only used not even 5 gallons of gas.
