They weren't there at the pick up time. Had to wait 25 mins for him to show up. Poor customer service. Guy was on the phone and rude. By the time I left it had been almost an hour of wait time. With day light savings 1 hour is huge when it comes to the sun going down. I ordered boxes and supplies. They didn't have them in stock. Complete waste of time. Won't use them again.
