The cell service made it impossible to check in or check out the van. There was no WiFi to connect to either. It took 30 mins each time when i picked up and dropped off. I was not pleased at all with my experience

My rental was not clean. It had human hair on the seats and dried up coffee or some liquids in the cupholders and center console and on floor mats. I never received a vehicle from U-haul in this condition before.
