This entire Uhaul experience was HORRIBLE! The representative just immediately goes into she can't help me, I need to call corporate before I even told her what my issue was which she could help with. To her credit she did try to issue me a credit but come to find our, not only did I not receive my equipment I requested I was OVERCHARGED FOR IT! It was supposed to be $7 a furniture dolly and I was charged $12 EACH! I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN
