The van was really dirty and smelled when I picked it up. The hours the location was open made it difficult to discuss things upon return. Ive also never rented from a location where the truck could not be extended another day before. Other than that it was fine.

It took over an hour to access the vehicle but we were still charged for the full 4 hours of usage
