I had major problems with the remote pick up. Kept getting error messages when trying. To check in on app. When I called for live help was bounced to 3 different people while standing out in cold. Finally got a person who could help. She provided the code for key lock box but the letters on lock were very difficult to read and the lock stiff & difficult to open. I will never ever do a remote pick up with U haul again
