This was by far my worst experience at a rental pickup ever. The worker at the Gas Station was very rude, and unprofessional. The U-Haul was not looked over and checked on before he sent me out to the Rental. He took forever to take my payment and told me to get my own keys out of the box on the side of the building. The U-Hauls were parked in a bad hole on the property. The U-Haul was not even backed in to let me have easy access to leave the property. This was a horrible experience.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was perfect. Thanks
ADRIAN RI was charged incorrectly for fuel. I left it with 3 more miles on odometer than I got it. 132 when started put 135 in and took photo of it. Then I was charged for fuel. Please reimburse this was an error on uhauls part. Otherwise great
George DUhaul should take away this location ability to rent out equipment. They committed fraud, they didn't check the truck in at the time we returned the equipment, I never received a invoice for returned equipment. The guy was on his cell having a personal conversation during the entire check in. The truck check engine light was on and the truck was stalling very unsafe equipment. I will be going to Penske from now on
Justina BReally small gas station. Didn't have the dolly i requested and not a real UHaul facility so no chance of getting one. Truck needs maintenance. Belts squealed loudly when cold.
