The woman who checked me out was very friendly. I had to call road side assistance at my first stop because the door wouldn’t open. We did get it open but it was a struggle at each stop. Reported it when turning it in.

TaugJaye CI made a reservation at a different location, the service station on 94 near 70 in St Charles, the truck that the first location tried to put me in didn’t have heat. They were rude and didn’t even try to help me out by putting me into a different rental. I called St Andrews u haul, spoke with Megan told her I would be up there less than 10 minutes. By the time I got up there, she already had the U-Haul started and warming up for me. That meant a lot since it was only 9 degrees. She was very helpful.
