The owner of this location was very apologetic for the situation.I had to deal with. After inspecting the van they determined the windshield on the van had recently been replaced. Also the wipers were not reinstalled properly which calls them to malfunction and not operate. This vehicle should have never been put on the road as a rental unit.

HOYT BI did a self pickup on a Sunday. I was having an issue with it, so I called the Uhaul number and went through 3 different people who didn't have a clue about ANYTHING, so I called Dave at Little E Towing where I got the uhaul & he helped me in a few minutes. The main Uhaul number should hire someone who can help folks!! It was a 94 degree day on hold for over 6 minutes, just to get nowhere!!!!
