Almost no parking for trucks how is this even allowed U-Haul location. Had to call customer service at least 5 times to fix my rental schedule and it’s still wrong and was charged for a trailer I was asked by you guys to haul down here. Never accepting any offers to help out U-Haul again it cost me a unbelievable amount of time and money no where near the $50 offered

Holly IThe drivers seat belt was hard to pull out and did not retract properly, the rear door when opening went up super fast and easy but was super hard to pull down and lock, the vehicle had a studder when first taking off like something with the transmission, the vehicle was very hard to put in park, as you needed to push up hard to complete the park otherwise it stayed in reverse and almost caused the vehicle to hit something behind it, lucky I'm a good driver and realized it's move in reverse after putting it in park so I thought, ,, other than that even was great, Fair prices and good service very happy with the rental,
