This little cation was at the end of street with major construction that made it very inconvenient especially because we were on the other end of town not their fault it would be helpful to put cross streets and distance. Also the haul places that offered storage were booked for storage and unable to reach in advance by phone

I would like to contest the added gas fee. I added an extra gallon above what your calculation sheet said was necessary to assure I wouldn't be charge any additional charge. I believe this additional charge was in error. I feel like this was an extra money maker for someone.

I want to thank the guys that helped me with renting the Uhaul. They were so nice and patient with me. I am disabled and I have a service dog who is very sick and was going to have surgery that week. I didn't have anyone to help me move my stuff and was really struggling doing it myself. I had to keep the truck longer than planned. They were so nice and patient and worked with me. When I returned the Uhaul I wasn't able to throw away some things left and they helped me and took care of it. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding. I needed that extra help and I appappreciate it so much! I will recommend this location and Uhaul as a whole to friends and family and anyone looking for a good moving company for their needs. Call # to drop off equipment and get sent a text 30 min later to where it is going. So I go there and they cant take it. They send me to a different location and it's 25 min away. I set my schedule and flight up around to drop equipment off by 10 am, wich is the time you told me to drop it off by. My flight back to slc was set for 11:20am. So with the run around, U-HAUL gave me,do you think I made my flight? NOPE. So would I recommend you? NO!

Talk to customer about what charges will be, afterwards what they are. Fix the old beat up trucks. Dealer did not want me to document problems with truck, “you don’t need to do that , you have the insurance”. Allow return of vehicle to a more convenient dealer. I will not recommend this dealer to anyone.

Personnel insisted I fold the blankets or be charged a $25.00 fee. I got the impression this was not true and they just didn't want to do it themselves. They are efficient but the space is cramped and disorganized.

Need a better way to connect the safety chains on trailers. Had one of the safety chains come disconnected during my drive across states. Sends some kind of heavy duty carabiner might work better to keep these secure.

Ordered materials for move. Missing items. Materials weren’t ready for pickup. Minamal assistance, acted like I was a problem. Gas not explained. Drop off was not what I ordered and wouldn’t help. Told to call 800 number

The air conditioning was not working properly. The gas gauge must be faulty because I filled up the tank before I left and the gauge only registered 7/8 full. Why do you rent trucks that are not in good operating condition?

The quote I was given the day before I picked up the trailer didn't include insurance....and we were explicit about that...when I then went in and picked up the trailer the next day, a different person helped me and without confirming options, it wasn't until I saw the credit charge that insurance was added (which was a ridiculous half of the full rental price...note to uhaul headquarters...consider making the insurance a percent of the total rental cost on certain items such as cargo trailers, etc., where the total rental is less than $100 or $200). The man you charged my card informed us he couldn't rebate the insurance and when we how we could get the insurance off, he reluctantly told us he'd have to cancel the entire transaction. Of course, we then asked that he do so, since it felt deviant to be upsold by him or the first guy without being told. Hence, we had to wait there for more than twice the initial checkout time to simply cancel one transaction then create a new contract.

The person behind the counter seemed to have no idea how to run the computer. He had to end up on the phone 3 different times to figure out how to make this transaction work. He didn't tell me where the ID was on the vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone.

The customer service at this location was horrible. I’ve used uhaul to move many times over the years and this was the first time no one walked me out to the truck and explained anything, I reserved a 17” truck and got a 15” truck and no one even said anything. I wasn’t aware until I started to move and felt blindsided and ripped off. Upon returning the truck the guy was rude and unhelpful. I informed him I had called customer service and received a discount that he’d need to apply to my final bill and he looked at me like I was an annoying tumor and flatly said, “for what”. In total he said less than ten words to me. Honestly think I’m done with uhaul after this experience.
