i was not impressed I was charged a 10$ fee to wash the truck after my invoice was sent to me. This was not agreed upon. and I should receive a crdeit for it otherwise I will not be renting from you in the future. The truck exterior was returned clean.

PAULO SThe attendant was very late and impolite, the gasoline reading as compared as in the truck was wrong (he says 3/8 but it was less), and the new online system is a lot of trouble for the renter. i felt robbed
