The truck was not prepared before me picking it up. The locks (for the truck key) were covered in ice, the truck was frozen (couldnt open the doors). I did not have the 6 furniture pads I paid for in the truck and ready for me to use them during my move. The location being closed at the time of pick up, it complicated things for me. In other words, I had a really bad experience. Would not recommend.
