JEAN PA cleaning fee was charged that was not warned before! I think that's absurd!
WILLIANS DThe location supposed to be at 9 am instead of 9 pm but the employee who booked it did it wrongly so this caused me big problems on my move. I had to change reservation to the only available time which was 2:45 am and the time was limited and i was so stressed. Beside that the 2 hours added was counted with double price.
Ayman MThe equipement that I reserved 4 month before was not available when I needed it. The truck was has expected.
