The only thing I would improve, is to have the gas tank on full when the unit is picked up. Then, the customer simply fills the gas tank upon returning the unit. When I picked up this rental, the tank was just under 1/2 full. It was frustrating trying to fill the tank to exactly that spot without going over. Having the tank full upon pickup eliminates this, and saves the customer from having to spend extra money by adding more gas than was necessary.

Unfortunately i will not be using this location again for a u haul. The people behind the dest had good attitudes and were friendly however, I had booked the u haul for 4 hours but was told we could only have it for 2 hours. So we were then rushed to get stuff moved and just made it an aweful time renting.
