Only issue was the computer system was super slow that day. It was as frustrating for the gentleman behind the counter as it was for me. He was very polite. We just had to be patient.

The move went smoothly and the truck worked well. Millidgeville Service Center was Great! My only complaint would be the ramp on the truck is too short for winter moves. (The truck was a 2024 model with a 26' box). The ramp was shorter than the one on the older models which made the ramp too steep to walk on with snow on your boots.
BRIAN DHonestly I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. The staff are great and the service is wonderful. I really like the cleanliness of the vehicles as well. Good job as always.
NANCY Mdrop off was horrible, no one came to check the trailer or give me a receipt, employee hung up on me when inquiring about where in the very cluttered yard to drop off the trailer.
