Check-in was a bit slow and clunky. The van leaked and our possessions got really wet with rain. The experience was otherwise fine, but it is really unacceptable that our things got soaked.

Tracy ACab smelt of smoke. Had to ride with windows open the entire time. The tank was left on e with 18 miles left in gallon. The lock box was very difficult to open, took about 10 mins of trying the same code over and over and couldn't get it open at drop off so I dropped key in the slot. I'm actually really disappointed in this as this was my first experience renting a truck from any company.
