check all equipment before pickup. One of the tail lights on the tow dolly was not operational. But, the guy working there (I should have his name but don't, he was he younger kid working that day) troubleshot it and finally replaced it, he was very good about it, made sure it was perfect before I left.

The man who helped me Check out and in was very honest and helpful. I wish the blankets and dolly were not already in the truck as they were in the way and we didn't need them. Overall a good experience.

Was the equipment well maintained? I rented a 17' truck with auto carrier I wasn't happy about how the truck perform from Boston,MA to Richmond,TX It had over 125k every time A/c was on truck will start losing power You will think that for a trip that long will give you best truck they had I wasn't happy also that not aux port for a MP3 was on the truck Again, for a trip that long should be able to rent a better truck Very desapointed!!!

The day I picked up the truck everything good check in was quick. and check out was quick and easy as well. However I had to call back on Monday 7/18/16 and got a lady cant remember her name I was told that I would get a credit and did not see it posted to my account. I also did not get my receipt for my rental. I asked her about both and she was kind of short on phone. The day i went in to get my truck I did not get her i got a guy but she was next to him and same thing she was short when asked a question while waiting to be helped. The other 2 men in there were helpful and very polite. witch I appreciated.

I was told that I could not bring this to Gloucester and had to drive it to Salem because they had room for the equipment. Not at all true. This place was stuffed with equipment. The traffic manager also told me that there would be a $20 credit for bringing it down to Salem. Also not true. I know that the ADVP Jon Hynes is running a better show than this. Tighten up folks

Balance your inventory yourself. Don't send the customer out of their way because you have too many vehicles in your lots. The Salem location was much more crowded than the Danvers location, with nowhere to park. And it was considerably out of my way. I did not appreciate it.

When I first got there I was put off by an employee attitude about my parking, however once I returned I was greated and taken care of and upon my return of my rental I received the same outstanding friendly quick and professional attitude from Kyle and Gage. I must say in the past I've had a bad experience with a jerry O and was almost ready to never use U Haul again. I'm glad I did! These two gentleman are the perfect example of what customer service is all about! Kudos to that Branch and there manger for running such a great operation facility!

I went to the salem ma location and and everything was well besides costumer service by one employee which was the older/ mid-age woman who was rude and ignorant. I was trying to manage with a voucher and all i needed her to do was to speak to the voucher givers and confirm but instead she was looking at me like i was stupid and like it wasnt part of her job and also giving me faces.. I dont blame uhaul for this BUT it would be good for her to get retrained.

The wait as extremely long this time. There was a problem customer that absorbed one of the two people for the entire time I was waiting (45+ minutes) to pick-up the truck. They also did not allocate enough miles for the trip to NYC and it cost me an additional $ 40.00
