This is so misleading I was told that it would be 30.00 and it came out to $185.00 !!!! the women did not say it would be that much I would have went somewhere else!’ I will not be using U-Haul for my next move!’ All these extra charges I was not informed of!!

they didn’tput my proper drop off time and i was charged an extra day site to their negligence.
KATHLEEN KI was told that all of the addtional equipment that I ordered was in the truck. None of it was there. When I questioned this, I was told that I could go to another location to pick the equipment up.
Timothy ZIt cost me $112.00 for a 19.99 U-Haul I didn’t even go 30 miles , I put gas in it even though the needle remained on full . Please make me understand that price .
