U-Haul online experience was awful. Everything went wrong. Our pickup time was changed from 7pm to 7am. U-Haul customer service said no mobile pickup at this location, but you actually can. Customer service hung up on us. The person at our pickup location had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with us to complete the online portion so we could finally get the truck. Thanks to him for all his help! Zero thanks to U-Haul customer support team. All this put us behind schedule 1 hour, thanks U-Haul!

BRYAN BThe drop off in Superior, NE was horrible the employee Jason and Manager Brad were complete *******s! See reference # 4596135 in reference to complaint to U-Haul customer service. They were just as rude to U-Haul customer service agent. It took Regional Manager Jason Runge who was great to set things straight with Rays auto sales!
