The biggest challenge with this drop-off location was simply finding and understanding where to go. The instructions in the app were very limited, with little descriptive information about the location or where the key drop was located. We spent the first 10 minutes just trying to figure out if we were even at the correct location. The phone number provided for assistance went directly to a voicemail for someone named Michelle, which wasn't particularly helpful when we needed immediate guidance. The storefront was also quite a distance from the actual truck drop-off area and tucked away in a small alcove, making it difficult to see from where the truck was parked. As a first-time customer and someone new to the area, the experience was confusing and frustrating. That said, now that I know where everything is and how the process works, I don't think it would be a bad location to use again. My recommendation would be to improve the app instructions and provide clearer signage so first-time customers can complete the drop-off process more easily.
