I booked the UhAul at Merrill. Saturday morning I never received a confirmation link. I had to call UhAul. They then noticed my number was not put in correctly. Said they fixed it and then transferred me to move my pickup time. They changed the time and sent me my confirmation link. We ended the call. I go to the link and it wouldn’t pull up the reservation on my profile. I then had to call back and wait on hold for a long time. They then transferred me when they answered. To then be transferred again. I was finally able to get the gal picked up. On that call the man told me my card would be put on hold until dropped off. On the day to return I was not able to login once again with my phone number and one time code due to the number issue. I had to call and then be transferred again. I asked if the discount will be added from dropping it off in a city that was 30 mins away that we chose due to the discount. She then told me I had already been charge on the day I picked it up. She was also very rude. I had her switch it to the city we were in to avoid having to pay more in gas. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with uhaul.
