No one is there to help. My location was changed to this which was 30 mins from willow lawn. The app kicked me out when I was trying to take pictures and I have the pictures.

Eugene BI reserved a 26 foot truck and the evening before I had to pick it up the truck size wasn’t there. The dealer said he didn’t know why the 26 foot truck was gone. He offered me a 20 foot truck but I knew all my finishing would not fit in the 20 truck. I called U-Haul rep and they said I had a 26 foot truck. I had to make two trips to get everything out of storage to a purchase house which was from Williamsburg Va to Saluda which costed me double the mileage on the truck and luckily I was able to do this in one day but had to make two trips which meant if I had the correct reservation truck of 26 foot it would have all fit out of a 10 x 15 storage.
