We had to drive an hour from our house to pick up the truck. While Mr. Jackson was very kind, it was very slow to get the paperwork done.

The truck leaked at the front. There was no cell phone reception in the area so it was hard to do the process on the app. I never got a handcart but was charged for it. I was just ready to return the truck. I really needed it another day but the app said it was booked to another family. But when I got there to drop off the truck there were 6 other 15’ trucks. Very frustrating process will never use this location or Uhaul again

MICHELLEDENISE MThey didn’t have my correct truck and gave me a different one which caused mileage problems resulting in over charging etc. I overdrew my checking account and now my storage fee is late. I hope to not lose all my belongings. Do better.
Sarah BI was very frustrated with U-Haul in general because the morning of pick up I called because I not heard from them and they told me they had no record of me reserving a truck and the truck was not there. I finally called the place where I picked up the truck and the guy answered and said yes there is a truck here waiting for me not happy with U-Haul at all.
