Eugene BI reserved a 26 foot truck and the evening before I had to pick it up the truck size wasn’t there. The dealer said he didn’t know why the 26 foot truck was gone. He offered me a 20 foot truck but I knew all my finishing would not fit in the 20 truck. I called U-Haul rep and they said I had a 26 foot truck. I had to make two trips to get everything out of storage to a purchase house which was from Williamsburg Va to Saluda which costed me double the mileage on the truck and luckily I was able to do this in one day but had to make two trips which meant if I had the correct reservation truck of 26 foot it would have all fit out of a 10 x 15 storage. Christopher PHe has no office. Makes you wait outside under a tarp for paperwork. I never received any paperwork or signed anything. When I returned the truck I get a text from him saying I owed over 300 and there was a promissary note. I told him all of the information he put was wrong. Then he tried charging my card several times after I told him I was calling corporate and to not charge my card. He tried at least 6 times all with different amounts. He tried calling on an unknown number trying to get me to answer. I had to lock my card. I will never go back to this location again. I should have walked away when he made me stand out in the rain and it was 34°
