This was a drop off after dark. There wasn't a lot of light to be able to see the orange key drop off box but we found it. We were grateful for the the guy who came out to tell us where to park (he manages the storage units). We were told to the right of the building by the lady that I called, but this guy said in front on the right side. Maybe I didn't clarify well enough.

The 24/7 after hours system works great and is a life saver!
Kyle PHad to self-service the pickup, which was 10 miles away from my original request. When using the app, it failed multiple times, taking me 1 hour (7-8am) to finally get the "key" to drive off. The app didn't request and log any pictures for 1/2 tank, external damages proof. Had to drive another 40 miles away to pick up the Car Dolly. Due to wiring problem, they had to hook up a 2nd working dolly, and attendent didn't hook up any of the back up chains & break cables. Would prefer pick up in single location with the equipment ready (hooked up).
Michael CIf you are going to offer 24/7 mobile pick up and drop off then you need to make sure it works. And don’t charge people for gas when they filled up the tank.
DEREK AThe personnel at Bear River storage are amazing. The facility is so clean well maintained. If I could rate this, it would be a five star. I will recommend this facility to everybody I know.
