Though the system was down when I showed up to drop off, the young man gave me a business card, called the boss, kept me informed, called me when the system was back up and swiftly sent me a receipt. He too apologized for the lack of service and poor treatment from Wizard Towing. I'm still waiting for the $50 reservation guarantee the San Antonio booking agent said I'd get for my lack of access to the reservation I had at Wizard Towing.
