DEBORAH BThe 15 ft truck I had needs to be pulled off the lot and serviced. It sounded like it was throwing a rod! The sound was horrendous when we started driving after loading everything up. Couldn’t go over 45 miles an hour from San Antonio to Seguin.. this was single most stressful move of my life because of the truck. I didn’t know if at any point it’d just die and I’d be stranded! You’d need to slow down in order for the gears to shift/catch..
Alexandra WI gave 4 stars instead of 5 because there is only 1 person working every time slowing down everyone on the weekends. Also, there were blankets from a previous rental and trash in the back of the truck.on a Saturday two people should be working.
