Marc GPicked up a car hauler and received terrible customer service. They barely knew how to hook up the trailer. Seemed like a mom and 2 young sons running the U-Haul business. All 3 could not stop looking at their phones. Poor eye contact and no communication skills.

prima bCargo truck was dirty when picked up. Yummy bears and candy all over the floor. Headlights were pointing in all directions but the road. Horrible. I have videos and pictures of when I picked up the truck.
